Who can create a website with/for me?

I am a certified web developer who has forgotten almost everything he learned. I need to create a travel website and another website is already made and I have to push it up and all the nickels that go with putting it up on the webserver. Can you suggest someone who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg? Its in the Chicago area.
