Is there such a thing as a tiny rotary buffer for finishing paint to a mirror finish?

I want to paint and polish wooden boxes to a japanese laquer like finish. Where can I find a tiny rotary buffer online and what type would be good?

You could get a Dremel tool and put a buffer tip on it.
If something slightly larger is desired then use a 3/8″ electric drill with a similiar buffer wheel in the chuck.
