There is no such thing as a Mercury dime with a Washington mint mark. In fact there is no such thing as a Washington mint. What you are probably seeing is the designer’s initials AW. Which stands for Adolph Weinman. His initials are on the obverse (front) and the mint mark is on the reverse (back) just to the left of the base of the fasces.

A mint state Philadelphia 1941 dime starts retailing for around $8.00 and goes up to $60.00 for a high grade full band example.
