Mini Mint
Fluffy Mint Icing Recipe?
I am looking for good Mint Icing recipe for chocolate cupcakes. I’m making some St. Patrick’s day Mini Cup Cakes and I want WHITE icing MINT flavored!
(I’m going to sprinkle some gold powder on it and call them Pot O’ Gold Cupcakes)
I’m Also making some shamrock cookies so if anyone has any icing ideas for those let me know.. They would need to be green icing though! ^_^
Would a tub of Duncan Hines white icing work? I wouldn’t want it to thin it out.. how can I make it thiker? Would meringue powder work?
You can probably just add mint extract (found with vanilla, almond, etc. on the baking aisle) to you basic white icing, whatever recipe you use.
