Memorial Commemorative
A friend of mine drowned at Goa. I want to put a commemorative stone . Plz guide bout procedure & permissions.
On March 4, 2007, we (me and friends from college) lost a friend at Arambol Beach, Goa, India. Abhimanyu drowned and he was recovered almost an hour after the incident. It was the last holiday that we as collegiates were taking, this being our graduating year (we pass out in May, 2007).
We want to put a commemorative stone for Abhimanyu on the beach, and would like to know about the procedural requirements (government permissions and permits) required to undertake such a task. We do not plan a large scale memorial, just a granite slab with a 5 feet tall base.
Please help out…
oh ,i am in deep sympathy with you.but i think you cant do that in the beach.
