ugh!!!! (PS store question)?

ok, so on my psp, using the great new version 5 update, i bought a game called beats. i had money in my wallet thing, but it said i didnt have enough space. so i formatted my mem. stick so it had 472 mb on it again (which was plenty space), and now i dont have a download option. it says i only have 1 cent in my wallet, because i bought the game with $4.99. now i cant download it!! please someone help!!!
