How much is a 1944 wheat penny worth with FDR stamped across?

The FDR is stamped into the penny starting at Lincoln’s head and moving down. It has no mint mark, but there is another F )not quite as deeply stamped) Over the word Liberty. Just wanting to know if this is an error or man made.

It is man made and not a mint item. It could have been made to honor FDR. It was 1944 that the U.S. started to get the upper hand in World War II. FDR was beloved by the people of his time and is mostly well thought of today. He took over a country that was in a depression and the as they say the “winds of War” were at hand. It looks like a hand made item where they goofed up an F. it may have been a lucky coin for someone.
