Why were people like MLK, Gandhi, JFK, John Lennon, etc., murdered?

Why are people so afraid of things and beliefs and ideas that are good and true?

The disheartening reality is the law of the universe, the laws of nature. Everything is in balance. To use labels, good has to have bad. Black, up, hot, love, etc. etc. can not exist without white, down, cold, hate, etc. etc.. Where you have those that desire to help others you must have those that desire to destroy them.
