How to find the best Indian takeaways in town
What is the best way to discover the top takeaways in your town? Most people have their favourite takeaway, but can be a question of luck as well. If you find a good one, and have a positive experience, you are more likely to recommend to friends and family
There are certain key elements that are influential in making a takeaway become a regular in your choice:
1. Do you live close to the restaurant or takeaway? It is essential to consider whether you can easily walk to the takeaway or restaurant when needed. Ask the takeaway company whether they have a decent delivery service.
2. How would you rate the overall quality of the service? It is important for the overall impression of the place by assisting you to decide if your experience was a pleasant one. It could be determined by the amount of local knowledge demonstrated by the takeaway company. Generally speaking, a poor knowledge of the local area leads to a slow delivery service.
3. The level of payment flexibliity, and how this is handled by the respective establishment. I cannot think of anything more annoying than completing your order to then be told that a credit card is not acceptabe for the order. I find this unprofessional and slightly embarrassing, and it reaks of petty tax evasion. I tend to steer clear of these places as they do not give me confidence that I will find a good level of service or quality of food.
4. Is enough useful information on easy and quick ordering made available to you by the takeaway or restaurants? If you can’t find the leaflet, normally on the floor by the door, will there be other ways to order? Nowadays, it is slightly strange if the Indian restaurant doesn’t have an online ordering facility.
Generally speaking, if the takeaway or restaurant has shown a good level of service, then the quality of food is usually assured.
