What is the value of a 1953 Dwight David Eisenhower Inaugural Silver Medal?

On the front of the coin it has Eisenhower and under his head it has W. Hancock in small letters.
On the back it has an eagle wings spread out and underneath it says “INAUGURATED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA JANUARY 20 1953″

It is only worth what someone will pay for it.
