can i use pellets in my bb gun?

i have a crossman c11 bb gun and it takes .177 bbs but can i use .177 pellets in it, ike this (http://www.airgundepot.com/beman-silver-arrow-177.html)

or will it wreck my gun

Your Crosman C11 pistol is designed to shoot BBs only, not pellets.
