Did you hear about the Jacob Zuma commemorative stamp?
The SA Postal Union has issued a recall of a stamp which they created with the picture of Jacob Zuma to honor his achievements and recent victory as the new president of the ANC.
The problem was discovered when claims had been made that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes, and that mail which had been sent using the “Zuma” postage was not being delivered. Zuma demanded a full investigation into the allegations.
A special Postal Service Investigation team was formed and after several days of “round the clock” head scratching and many Rands spent, they have established the following:
-The stamp was manufactured properly.
-There was nothing wrong with the adhesive.
-People were just spitting on the wrong side
Can you blame them for wanting to look in his eyes when they spat ! ha ha ha !
