Hit my head very hard possible concussion?

Well long story short I was at school standing close to a wall some kid came at me running out of no where and puched me right in the eye and smashed my head against the wall. Soon after I felt very sick like I was gonna throw up, have a headache still, and I felt a little dizzy. What are the chances that I have a concussion and should I see a doctor?
It also happened at 11 o’clock is it a waste to see a doctor now?
