Why are people willing to pay almost double to get an Ipod when they can get a creative for half the price?

I can’t understand why people will pay $300-$500 to get an Ipod when they can by one from creative labs for $150-$250. I bought one from creative years ago, and it works great. It has the same music qulity, has very long battery life, and has the same features if not more then the Ipod. The volume is also very loud, it holds just as much. I can’t even have it up all the way. I can’t understand why someone would pay almost double the price, when they can get a product just as good for half the price. It may be a tad bigger, but so what. Im not willing to pay $200 for that. Why Why Why. Some of the little ipods are even a bigger rip of. I saw a tiny one for only 2 gig that cost $150-$200. Why this is insane. The new zune player even allows you to play videos with a 30 gig harddrive. Why pay $400 for it when you can buy the zune player for only $250.

because everybody knows the ipod is more expensive….
