Grade Seated

My teacher seated us based upon our grades. Is this illegal?

She seated us with F’s in the front, and then ascending to the A’s, seated in the back with C’s in the middle. Is this breaking any specific code or law?

There’s nothing in the California Ed Code that says you can’t do this. In fact, I’m thinking of stealing this idea myself!

Teachers have been placing problem children in strategic areas of the classroom for over a hundred years. Heck, look at pictures from over a hundred years ago when a kid wearing a dunce cap was seated in the front of the room. This is just a logical progression of that.
