Yet, those Liberal states have killed 95% of the salmon. Those Dems don’t mind killing the fish and destroying the enviroment since the Dems in CA & OR enjoy the cheap electricity generated by the dams.
Oh, and the people of ultra-liberal San Francisco get their water by having destroyed the 2nd most gorgeous place in Yosemite National Park — Hetch Hetchy. Hetch Hetchy was one of the world’s gems. But, Libs in San Francisco enjoy water by having destroyed the environment.
Will the Libs restore Hetch Hetchy before telling the rest of us not to hurt the environment? Not likely! Right?

San Franciscans will never stop using the water source, their tap water i considered the best in the country. I lived there and I know a lot of people actually preferred their tap water over bottled water, and I freely admit it was good water.
But many liberals are “do as I say, not as I do.” types. All Gore, hero of the environmental movement, had a book signing in Marin (north of San Fransisco, and another far left haven), the vast majority of the people who went to the conference were driving SUVs…. Al Gore himself owns a Zinc mine, His home has been reported at using 20 times the energy of the average house, his natural gas bill was in excess of $3000 a month, he travels in a private plane and travels by Limo. Not exactly the most Eco-friendly of people apparently, and yet he is the “Champion” of green living and environmentalism.

SFO the largest airport in the bay needs another runway, they have needed another runway for almost 20 years, this would reduce the traffic and congestion over the bay area (also reducing the pollution of having planes circle the airport all day… the only thing preventing the other runway? a frog…
A small frog that exists no where else but this tiny pool of stagnant water next to the airport. Because of this a runway which would help business, actually help the environment and make life easier in the bay is put on hold…
That’s far left mentality at it’s best.
