What makeup should i wear with this dress?

I’m wearing a black and white satin strapless dress, the bust is white, and the bottom is black, with black gems on the pocket slits…
I was thinking about wearing red lipstick (because my date and i are getting a red rose corsage/boutenier/) I know that when wearing red lipstick it should be the center of attention.
How should i do a light, yet nice eye makeup??

Red lipstick sounds really cute
and I think slight silver eyeshadow on the lid with black eyeliner would work
