Do eggs fresh from my chickens have less cholesterol?

I heard that fresh laid eggs have less cholesterol then eggs from the store. Reason was that eggs develope more cholesterol as they sit in the cooler from the time they are laid til you eat them.

The cholesteral comes from the yolk. So being fresh has nothing to do with the amount in each egg.
