Does ebay has a shipping policy to Dominican Republic?

I know that there’s no way in hell that someone on ebay has a free shipping policy to someone who lives in Dominican Republic, but, does it, at least, shipp things to the Dominican Republic? I wanna get a ps3 and it’s cheaper if i get it on US and send it to Dominican Republic, so i was thinking ebay, do you know anything?

eBay doesn’t have much to do with on what can be shipped. They can call the shots on banned items like weapons, firearms, etc. but for for normal items like parts, electronics and every other item you see for sale it is up to the sellers discretion if they want to ship out of country.
