How come they say drink water instead of cordial pop?
Ok so Im wanting to clear a few spots up and after using products ive decided Im going to drink more water, only after trying I find it really boring and don’t stick to drinking it. I can drink cordial pop with water fine, just water on its own bores me. Will this still be alright for my skin as I don’t put a lot of pop in anyway? and if cordial pop isn’t as good as water, why?
Cordial is full of sugar and so not as good for you as plain old water. But if you don’t notice any difference between the cordial and the plain water in relation to your skin then you can just keep drinking your cordial. It’s up to you.
