Fine Obv

Im a drummer, and i want to start recording myself playing & putting it on youtube.

Will a video camera do..?
Ive considered the more expensive options of mics, but i dont have a clue what i need (apart from mics obv.) anyone tell me what ill need if i used mics, or would a v.c be fine? d.

It’s not going to make much of a difference unless you are doing an audio multitrack recording. Just make sure the vc is far enough away to pick up the overall sound, not the closest drum or cymbal.
