Can you have your parking fine waived in there is no warning or sign board on the entrance of the parking?
i have been fined with $100 fine in a car park which does not have a warning sign or notification board tells you what your rights and obligatoins in this car park!! that what happened to me, what should i do? do i pay the fine or take it to court?

If the fine is addressed to the owner of the car, then send it to the owner, as you are only the keeper.
But all these tickets are only under ‘Statute Law’, so what is statute law?
