What are the Dimensions of the failed Bay Bridge component?

In October a component called an I-Bar cracked, reducing the structural integrity of the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge. I’ve been assigned an extra credit project to determine the wind spike force that caused it, however I’ve been thus far unable to find the dimensions of the component. I’ve tried tracking down CalTrans contractors and steel manufacturers so for to little effect. Help!

You probably have already included these in your research but I will take this time to note the similarities with the Mianus River and Silver Bridge failures .
