What should I do for my extra dry hair?

I know that shampooing daily is bad for hair but I swim everyday so I need to get the chlorine out. So, what should I do to get my hair back how it used to be- silky and moisturized?

Use a really good shampoo and conditioner is the best thing to do..not like one at coles or something but like kerastase…

I straighten my hair most days and my hair used to be on the verge of disgusting…I was comtemplating cutting it…but after I used kerastase its great and my hair is smooth and not frizzy anymore
