Exact Sizer

Can a website know your exact shoe size?

After doing some research, I found http://www.myeshoe.com that claims to be a “Virtual Shoe Sizer”.

I’m a US 10.5 and he advised me US 11 for a pair of New Balance Classics. It sounds right, but is it possible that a website knows my size for every shoes?

I have used it a couple of times and the shoe sizer works well for very popular brands. Basically he has a lot of users in its database and recommends sizes based on feedback.
