DDO store/forum mess?

(for thoose who played/playing the game)
got my monthly payment in paypal and decided i wanna get me some new packs in ddo.
loged in went into the store checked out with paypal pressed purchase and bang! error repeated the it a couple of times no luck so i went to the website and made me a forum account so i can ask what is happening.. but alas apperently a free account cannot start a new thread or post a reply in ANY of the forums.. ive tried for an hour to ask the damn question but kept geting the message that i cant do that.. WHY THE THE HELL?! do i need to spend a god damn hour on trying to post a lousy question in the dam forums?! and what is wrong with theese people really that i need to jump through hoops to pay them?!
