Eisenhower Dollars

I was given a gold plated 1971 eisenhower dollar. What would the value be?

The coin looks like a bicentennial coin but it only says 1971 not 1776 to 1976.

One can actually find a lot of coins gold plated they are considered damaged by the coin collecting community. They sell more as a novelty item and never sell well on the secondary market. One can now actually get the 50 state quarters gold plated for around $1 each. They look nice in a wood frame but as an investment not a good idea. They would be something to pass on for who knows what will happen in 100 years. Your coin sells for around $10.
