What about a cafe type of plan where you choose where your tax dollars go?

Your going to pay taxes either way,,why not get at least some bang for your buck?

Aha, so you want California and New York to choose what they want and to hell with the rest of us huh?

I use these two states as examples because of their populations. The most densely populated areas would choose to “fund” their projects, and the less populated areas would not have a snowballs chance in hell of getting funding for anything.

This idea sucks. Which is why it is done the way it is done now.
