Are the reprinted Duel Monster cards worth the buy?

Recently, an anniversary pack came out, with reprinted versions of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Red-Eyes B. Dragon, Buster Blader, Jinzo, Summoned Skull, Celtic Guardian and Gyakutenno Megami. Now, obviously, they’re the same as the originals, but how would you rate these new ones? Are they worth the ten dollars they cost in the stores?

The only good card in those lists are Jinzo and possibly Blue eyes if you are amazingly skilled. The new ones are about 1-3 rates each. Jinzo is 7 rate and blue eyes is 5. This will lower the cost of jinzo, therefor making it a bad deal.
