How do I clean my Invisalign braces?
If I don’t want to spend $75 dollars on the cleaning kit, how can I clean Invisalign? I’ve heard that denture cleaners make the Invisalign cloudy/wear away the surface.
I have Invisalign, I’m on the 2nd trays and so far I’ve been having the hardest time cleaning them…
The orthodontist recommended that I soak the trays in a mix of dishwashing soap and lukewarm water. When I’m ready to put them back on after eating, I gently brush them (no toothpaste or mouthwash, as I could stain them) and then I rinse them out.
It works ok, but it is a pain. I know it’s pretty expensive, but I’m seriously considering buying the 75$ cleaning kit. You could too, maybe ask for it as a birthday gift or something. Good luck! =)
