It’s in the chorus. Not exactly sure what it means. But the song is amazingly good.

The sample is from an old Billy Paul song, “Let Your Dollars Circulate”. In the original song he is talking about the economy being terrible and asking corporations to let the money circulate so it gets to the hands of the inner city during tough times.
