The Clintons are scheduled to go to trial in a 17 million dollar fraud suit this October in California?
Fraud, in the dollar amount named in the suit being brought by Peter Paul, is a felony if they are found by the court to be guilty. The evidence in Paul’s suit, which has been shown on uTube is overwhelming and irrefutable. Will she fall under the “convicted felon” statute and be removed from the ballot even if she manages to turn her tailspinning campaign around? It looks like this may be the case where her teflon coating won’t help her avoid judgement as it has in the past.
You can duck, dodge and lie for only so long and it catches up with you. It is about time she had to answer. Albeit Scooter Libby was fired, given a trial and convicted for allegedly lying to Federal Investigators. In his report to Congress the Special Prosecutor on White Water stated that “Hillery Clinton was less than truthful with Federal Investigators” The exact same crime Libby was convicted for. So where was the outrage that was heaped on Libby from the left. Double standards.
