can anyone share their experience about having a pre-mature baby and march of dimes?

i am writing a speech to try to persuade an audience to donate money to march of dimes…and i was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experience with having a pre-mature baby and having march of dimes there for them? and how did it feel having a pre-mature baby? and how did march of dimes helped them? thank you and god bless

this may not be what you’re looking for, but i had my daughter at 31 weeks……..the March of Dimes was never mentioned to me. I honestly have no clue as to how they would come into the picture.
