199? Roosevelt dime Strike thru I think?

i think i have what is a strike thru the last number of the date is so faint cant tell what it is the words in and we are the same and the L in liberty is shortened what is it worth?

It sounds to me like you have a coin struck with a grease filled die. It is not very likely to be worth much. I hope that helped.
