You will not find a web site for there is little interest. The coins came in contact some place with a chemical. I find state quarters in change all the time that have toned or tarnished. Since 1965 most of our coinage is made of a clad system of copper & nickel. Both metals do not really weather very well. The elements tone all coins except for gold. You are trying to make a case where there is not one. Just get a new one and always where coin white gloves when handling coins or at least a clean cloth without fabric softener in it. You may have contaminated the coins yourself. have fun collecting
