Is it too late for zinc supplements?
I read somewhere that taking in large amounts of zinc and vitamin E can help increase the size of ur penis if you take it during puberty
I started puberty when I was 12 and a half or 13, and i am currently 16 and a half(almost to the date, as my birthday is december 7th)
I didnt take any intiative when I first heard about zinc, but now that I did a little more research, it couldnt hurt to try.
So Im going to go to my local GNC and buy both supplements, but since Im so old and so deep into the process, do you think its too late to take them?
No. Even as an adult you can and should -take Zinc Supplements and Zinc foods.
