Date Copper
Do you know where to get the most up to date laws and regulations?
My dad owns a scrap yard, and having trouble finding all the most current laws and regulations on buying junk. Like last week in Spartenburg Co they voted on a regulation that makes it illegal to buy burnt Copper. I just now found out, and I search all the time, for news, and such, Any suggestions would be very helpful.
