Yep, i’d agree with Anne.

I guess, strictly speaking, the first one is more correct because the tailing “is it” can refer to “Nothing” (in the first example), whereas “isn’t that right” really refers to previously stated idea (and so the grammar starts to fall apart a little).

Anyway, go with the first one.
