Is there a limited edition 1972 Kennedy half dollar. Mine has 1960 and 1980 imprinted on the coin.?

I have a 1972-D Kennedy half dollar that does not appear to be clad. It has 1960 stamped above “in god” and 1980 stamped above “we trust”. Is this a commerative or limited edition piece. And can anyone tell me what it is worth.

It’s a coin that someone stamped with those dates after it left the mint. Because of that, it’s considered damaged, and only worth face value.
