Do steel or fiberglass doors insulate better?

I know this can vary, but in general which is true. I’ve hear two sides of the coin. I have hear that fiberglass is better because the skin itself has an insulating quality, but I have also heard that steel is better because the steel skin is thinner than the fiberglass skin which allows more room for the insulating foam core between the skins. Thanks.

Hi Simple Fibreglass doors with insulation , or if you use steele you will have to use 15% more insulation to get the same U value but Steel would be best if you have a fire or burglar.
