Coins Mixed

I have about 10lbs of mixed change that I found in the basement. Its covered w/ corrosion, how do i clean it?

In some cases its hard to tell what the coins are and many are fused together. Please help me. What do u do with coins that have been destroyed? or how do easily clean them? im guessing there is about $50 bucks or so there.

Try soaking the coins in white vinegar or lemon juice. The acid should clean up the corrosion. You might have to let them soak over night.

Warning…. cleaning old collectable coins can ruin their value. The tarnish from age makes them more valuable.
