Coin Dime
I found a dime in one side ,a cent in the other side in the same coin! what is it?
I mean it is a strange coin , is it a manufacturing mistake? how come i that happened? can anybody explain this finding?I wanna know if this coin is worth anything?
It couldn’t be Canadian! The face cent side is 1997 USA.
Seems machine made, to enclose the cent inside the dime as perfectly as this!
It is a novelty item usually used by magicians for tricks. They usually sell for less than $10. It is not a mint item, the cent was hollowed out and the dime put in. It can’t happen at the U.S. mint.
