Did i eat too much today if im on a diet?

Ive been on a diet where im trying to eat better and eat less.. but im worried that i had too much today. for breakfast i had a bowl of cereal with a banana. for lunch i had a turkey sandwich on light wheat bread and whole grain peanut butter crackers. after school i had a special k bar. when i came home for supper i had a salad, corn on the cob. and for dessert (rare occasion) i had a sliver piece fatfree yogurt pie. after that, i was still really hungry about 2 and a half hours later at about 8 o clock so i had an apple and some grapes. did i do okay?

Sounds fine but if you feel guilty about it then i would just exercise a bit more tomorrow and not eat dessert. One day like that isn’t going to hurt you. I’ve been trying the Special K diet and was doing really good until i got invited to go eat at a mexican restaurant and lost track of how many chips i ate (nearly two baskets!!!!) so don’t feel bad. I just didn’t eat anything sweet or junky for a good two weeks lol
