Cleaned Anacs

I have a very rare coin!! a 1906-s Philippines peso should i sell or hold?

I have a genuine 1906-s philippines peso. There are only a couple hundred known to exist (most were melted down)!!! Should I sell the coin or hold on to it and sell it later for more money?
By the way, the coin was graded by ANACS, AU50 but it has been cleaned. I have seen some sell on eBay for $2200 and up in the same condition.
