Develop Your Muscles but Ease Up on the Joints: Use Bodylastics
For quite sometime I have been seeking the ideal exercise equipment that works on the muscles but does not affect the joints too much.This was to replace my gym membership for which I have paid much and did workouts religiously to be ‘worthy’ of the price.So one day I sort of computed my membership payments and the result floored me!I could buy my own equipment and still save some amounts!
My search was on!I began comparing Bowflex with other products, seriously evaluating them for suitability to my needs. They were all cumbersome, and very expensive.Some friends already own them. I tried theirs out, to see if the pro’s would outweigh the obvious con’s.And I concluded the products were not correct for my requirements.
I did an internet search for “exercise bands,” thinking that I could at least stay toned, while I wassearching for my home gym.I stumbled upon the “Bodylastics: Home Gym Exercise System” advertisement on the Web.Curious, I clicked on it and was caught unawares.A ‘home gym system’, and it was just resistance bands!!?? “Yeah….Must be, I thought, and began really examining the content of the site.And there it was, the magic words…”Won’t hurt the joints.”!Works on the muscles!”My exercise’s Holy Grail! But then I thought, how can that work with simple resistance bands?
Unbelieving but wanting to find answers, I read on.The write-up said the band can perform more than 140 exercises possible in gyms.It even showed demo pictures as proof.But it also said the band was not a single-feature product. The user can opt for any of the 15-94 tension strengths that comprise the system. Perfect to gradually increase the difficulty of the workout, without buying additional weights.
I thought it was worth a 49.00 gamble. 95, and try it out. After all, I spend more than that on my gym membership.Maybe I could save 20,000 dollars if the band was what I was forever seeking.
I have been using the Bodylastics exercise bands for three months now.And my conclusion can be summed up in one, single, quite common word: “WOW”!”
Amazing how a little product that can fit in a drawer develop results similar to gym-based exercises, yet be so inexpensive almoost everyone can afford it. I noticed a marked improvement in my tone, strength, and even lost unneeded weight and my joints didn’t hurt anymore.
Lifting weights can negatively afffect tendons and ligaments due to overstrain.Bodylastics exercises move only the muscles with only the needed force so there is no overstraining the ligaments, tendons and joints. Thus I can take my whole gym system along when I travels.No gym membership payments anymore.The most valuable $50.00 I ever gambled with.
