i need help asap!!!!!!!!!! i’m in florida?
i’m 19 and i’m a college student studying accounting. I come from a middle class familly. About a year ago, i needed a job to start college and i went to an agency so tat they could help me out. They got me working in a warehouse ( PLBG company) where i was a helper. Later the supervisor of the warehouse resigned and i was the one with the most experience left in there. When i completed my hours with the agency, the boss decided to hire me. She gave me a dollar raise. So i started making 10 dollars an hour. 6 months later, she only gave me 50 cent raise. I learned the forklift by myself ( now i’m certified, but i still crash a lot), i ship and receive merchandise, and do paperwork. i even trained the new guys. Now, the quote specialist is moving and my boss decided to give me the position. i learned it in a week because i was already familiar with the products. How much should do you guys think that i should be getting hourly? I’m in florida.
