what is the silver content of a 1974-S eisenhower dollar?

i have a 1974-S eisenhower dollar that is cameo gem proof and i was looking into the value of my silver coins and i was wondering the silver content and the value of the coin. as i said it is in a INB proof. also, are there any e-books about coins, like you would buy to see the values of your coins, that are free?
on the proof it does not say silver at all.

The 1974-S proof was made in both 40% silver and clad (no silver). If you have the silver proof, there is .3161 Troy ounce of pure silver with a market value of $11.60. On eBay, they sell for a low of $10 to $15 or so in the brown US Mint box, including postage.

Edit: The silver proof came by itself in a brown box. The clad proof came in a proof set in a blue envelope.
