What do celebrities do to get their teeth perfectly bright white?

Like Audrina Patridge (The Hills), Cheryl Cole, Fabiola Gatti, Jessica Simpson, and loads more celebs who have BEAMING white teeth – lovely and bright.

Is it really possible they can be real teeth or are they artificial? If they’re real how can I achieve this?? I want bright white teeth like them!!!
