…Well first of all you need to pick some kind of theme, because this deck is just a random mess of thrown together cards. From the monster line up you have going on it looks like you are trying to use a beat down type of deck.
Your spells are mostly useless and some are banned. So you should look at the Forbidden list, because even if you play traditional there are still limits.
Never run Royal Decree when you are using that many traps. If you get it out then 1/3 of your deck is a waste. Plus most of those traps aren’t needed. Look up some deck types online and some list, make a new deck and post here again for more help.
