Dimes & Coin Collecting?
What about changing the design of the dimes?
They have changed the quaters (State Quarters and now State Park coins)…They have changed the nickels (Fat head nickels and the ones with the bison or Louisana purchase on the back) they have changed the penny recently twice (the Abe Lincoln penny and now this funky looking one that has a shield and “one cent” on it) Why not change the dime. I don’t recall the dime having changed since I was born (1971)
I think it is time for them to change the design on the dime. Give us one more coin to look at when we are collecting our spare change.

But,
I know the Roosevelt Dime design has been around since 1946…but that shouldn’t stop the Us Mint from changing it. I mean, I remember the quarter since I was a kid (in the 70′s) and until the state quarters were released I don’t recall it changing.
So why not the dime.
